Dr. Steinberg would like to personally offer first time patients this Special Internet Health Pass. Please print this pass and bring it to the office on your first visit. By doing so, you will receive the following for $27 (normally $275):


 

  • Complete health history and consultation with the doctor
  • Complete chiropractic and posture examination
  • X-Rays (if needed)
  • Complete report and review of findings with the doctor
